I don`t know there is a switch to activate the battery first, and I turn to Rattan customer service to help. I think this is a kind of good, it is for the safety.
Safety-First Approach: Rattan prioritizes rider safety by equipping the Quercus model with reliable brakes, lights, and reflective elements. I feel confident and secure while riding, even in low-light conditions.
I used to own a Rattan LF 750 PRO. I didn't like the front light on that model because it was small and not bright enough. I suggested that they upgrade to a bigger and brighter light in future models, and they did. I'm very happy they took my advice.
