Heybike provide a 2-year warranty for each Heybike e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.
Wear and Tear Items:
Tires, Bearings, Brake Pads, Chains, Free Hub Bodies, Handlebar Grips, Rubber moving parts, Shifter, brake cables and casings, Spokes, Sprockets, Stripped threads/bolts, Tools, Transmission gears
Uncovered Situations:
This warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following situations:
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
- Corrosion
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with Heybike products.
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the products.
Eunorau ebike warranty policy
Eunorau ebike warranty policy
Enjoy the peace of worry-free protection of a 24-month+ Warranty. Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor cost.
Warranty period:
- 10 years: Frame
Note: This Warranty includes a replacement/repair frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Frame issues that are excluded from this Warranty include but are not limited to: Corrosion, Paint fade, scratches, impact marks, Impact damage, Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding), any suspension).
- 24 months: Battery, Motor, Electrical components
Warranty Requirements:
- Proof of purchase
- You are the original purchaser, Warranty does not transfer to another owner
Not covered by Warranty:
- Damage to a Product during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding such limitation, if you find problems right after delivery, notify us immediately with pictures and/or a video of the product and damaged parts. Do not use the product and keep everything from the original packaging and reach our after-sale team for further assistance.
- Ordinary wear and tear are not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Brake Pads, Rotors, Spokes, Handlebar Grips, Shifter, Brake cables, Casings, Tires/Tubes, Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, Transmission gears, Parts are compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc), Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
- Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Eunorau.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions (YouTube Video) & Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.
- Using a battery charger that is not intended or compatible for use with the Eunorau battery.
- If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering. If the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.
- Any free gift or accessories that came with the purchase of the product.

Vtuvia ebike warranty policy
Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) provided with each Product. They contain important safety information and information about assembly, use, and maintenance. Vtuviaebikewarrants the Products for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance withVtuviaebike’s published guidelines. Limited warranty details are below.
Frame Warranty:
- Vtuviaebike warrants the structural integrity of the frame to the original retail purchaser for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail purchase. Paint and graphics are not included in this definition. Suspension forks and suspension parts are not included in the definition of frame.
- This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frame are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Vtuviaebike.
- We reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Vtuviaebike.
Batteries Warranty:
- Batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.
- During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on original purchase date.
- Batteries can be assessed and found defective only by directly by Vtuviaebike.
Parts & Components:
Original Vtuviaebike parts & components are covered by a limited warranty. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight and installation cost.)
- 1 years: Rotors, Throttle, Caliper, Display, Charger, Motor, Controller Box
- 6 months: Brake Lever, Handle Bar Tube
Non-original accessories such as free accessories are not in our warranty.
Damage Claims:
- In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact contact@lectrekebikes and provide us with photos or video proof.
- All accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
- NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Not covered by Warranty:
1. Ordinary wear and tear, not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Vtuviaebike. Parts not typically covered include, but are not limited to:
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation brake pads, brake cables, forks, handlebar, seat post, lights, crank set, pedals, rims, tires, tubes, wheel hub, freewheel, chains, chain rings, spokes, cassette, derailleur, shifter, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors, tool, and bolts), warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
2. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
3. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by Vtuviaebike.
5. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
6. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Vtuviaebike with the Products.

8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.
Freego bikes warranty policy
Freego bikes warranty policy
Freego offers a 2-year limited Manufacturer Warranty for the Original Retail Purchaser only.
Warranty period:
- 24 months: E-Bike Frame, Stem, Handlebar
- 12 months: Front-wheel with Rim, Motor-12 months or 18,000km, Rear fork assembly, Display, Motor Controller, Battery pack, Battery charger
- 6 months: Electronic throttle, Head light, Taillight, Brake lever, Brake cable, Brake caliper, Saddle, Post for saddle
- 30 days: Handlebar Grips, Front & rear Tyre, Front & rear Inner Tube, Front & rear fender, Front fork, Kickstand, brake cables, Transmission gears
Notes: The rest parts which are not stated above are NOT covered by the WARRANTY including but not limitedto all Wear and tear items: Shifter,Bearings, Brake Pads, Disc Pad, Chains, Free Hub Bodies, , and casings, Spokes, Sprockets, Stripped threads/bolts, Tools, Fasteners (screws) and Rubber moving parts.
Not covered by Warranty:
- If the bike is broken by man-made damage or out of warranty, Freego still offer 2-year supply of Replacement Parts to make sure the product can keep workable status.
- Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery such as using an unapproved charger. Please charge battery responsibly and regularly (at least one time per month). If your battery can not be charged because you keep it uncharged more than 1 month, the battery may enter into deep sleeping mode that can not work again. You have to buy new battery with your own cost.
- Water damage caused by improper use in snow, wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our products are rain resistant, not waterproof. Please use with care!
- Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or improper use such as racing or jumping or overweight is not covered.
- Damage caused by not following the User’s Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.
- The warranty does not cover any damage or missing parcels caused by courier services. However Lectrek ebikes are willing to assist the buyer in getting compensation from the courier service.
Philodo bikes warranty policy
Philodo bikes warranty policy
All Philodo bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. The 1-year warranty would be started since the intial owner has received it.
Not covered by Warranty:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Philodo Bikes.
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Philodo Bikes with the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger.
- Where any of the seals on the Battery are broken or show evidence of tampering. Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
- The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Philodo bikes, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.

Warranty Approach:
1. We generally replace parts instead of repairing them to minimize your waiting time.
2. Parts that meet the warranty conditions outlined on this page will be fully covered at no cost.
3. Parts outside the warranty can still be repaired/replaced, but a fee will apply. For specific fee details, please contact: contact@lectrekebikes.com
4. Incidental expenses during repair, such as substitute transport, fuel, or ride-sharing, are not covered under warranty.
What Qualifies for Warranty?
All conditions must be met simultaneously:
- Items bought through second-hand sales or from unauthorized sellers are not covered under warranty.
- Product/component is within the warranty period .
- Manufacturing flaws and inherent product issues, like material defects, are covered under warranty.
- The warranty card is present and matches the product.
Mechanical Components Warranty Period

- Battery: Lithium battery

- Speed control: Speed control knob, Booster, Controller cover plate
3 months:
- Lights: Headlights, Taillights.
- Braking: Power-off brake levers, Switches
Not covered by Warranty:
1. Failure of consumable or wear-and-tear parts, including: Brake pads, plastic components, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.
2. Damaged wires or accessories with visible scratches or breaks.
3. Malfunctions caused by improper use, such as:
- Not following the User Manual for usage, maintenance, or adjustments.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modifications.
- Improper usage or storage.
4. Damage due to accidents.
5. Minor scratches or accessory damage sustained during shipping.
6. Repair costs from non-authorized repair shops are not covered.
7. Self-modification, Man-made damages and Collision damage
Warranty Claim Process
1. Send product information to contact@lectrekebikes.com.Please include the following details:
- Order number/ID and purchase date.
- The email and shipping address used for the order.
- Photos or short videos of the issue, along with a brief description of the problem.
2. If approved, you’ll receive an approval email from us. Ship the item back and send us the shipping details and We will send the replacement part(s) to you. Shipping cost is covered by us.
Note: Any product returned without prior approval will not be accepted or covered by warranty.

The warranty period for ebikes is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty period, the customer has to pay for the replacement parts and shipping fees. The e-bikes we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
Warranty period:
- 12 months: Prame, Front fork components, Handlebars, Folding tubes, Saddle tube, Controllers, Chargers, Main/auxiliary cables, Display, Front and rear brakes, Accelerators, Brake levels, Pedal assistance sensors, Motor, Motor hall, Motor bearing, Battery box, Battery top cover, Battery bottom cover, Battery.
- 6 months: Bracket, Fenders, Rear racks, Pedals, Grips, Cranks, Chainrings, Front hubs, Rear hubs, Chain, Ringer, Shifters, Rear derailleur, Rear derailleur protective cover, Flywheel, Shock absorber, Bell, Horn, Lifting Lug, Connecting Rod piece, Headlights, Taillights.
- 3 months: Saddles, Plastic parts, Brakes, Brakes rotors, Brake pads, Brake lines.
- 1 months: Tire (If the tire is punctured by a sharp object, the warranty will not be given if there is a problem with the tire due to insufficient tire pressure, passing through a speed bump, a pit, etc. Only if there is a problem with the quality of the product received, it is within the scope of the warranty).
Not covered by Warranty:
- Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
- Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
- Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
- The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
- Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
- Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
- Consumable parts are not warranted , including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors,brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.

Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period and don’t need shipping cost, but components that are not covered by warranty will require shipping costs and fees for themselves.

Warranty Period:
- The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receive the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. The NationWide Limited Warranty applies for a period of ONE YEAR upon the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase date (e.g. order confirmation) is required for valid warranty coverage.
- Original NAKTO parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty can be used for an exchange of a component only once within the warranty period and with no shipping costs. If the components get the SECOND replacement, you need to pay for the shipping cost and the components themselves.
Not covered by Warranty:
- Subjected to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, NAKTO electric bikes warrant to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system of the bike will be free from detection in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery. The Limited Warranty exists for the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and cover the motor, battery, and controller. A rechargeable battery will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is charged and discharged. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.
- Minor imperfections and/or deviations from design specifications that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product.
- Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the Product, including without limitation cracks, dents, or scratches on the Product’s exterior.
- Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear.
- Any parts that naturally and are expected to suffer wear and tear, including without limitation, tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, and bearings.
- Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.
- Defect or damage arising from any of the following:
- Improper assembly
- Improper follow-up maintenance
- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold
- Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts etc.)
- Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
- Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
- Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/hr
- Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s) unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms chart. This warranty is limited to parts replacement only
Yamee bike warranty policy
Yamee bike warranty policy
All Yamee bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)
Warranty period:
2-year Warranty: We offer2-year warranty for the bike and battery with conditions.
The2-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it. The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is ONLY under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the2-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
How to claim your warranty:
1. Claims: All claims to this warranty must be made through Electrek and submitted to contact@lectrekebikes.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at contact@lectrekebikes.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Yamee within 2 years of initial purchase.
Yamee will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.
2. Shipping Damage Claims: In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact contact@lectrekebikes.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
3. Exceptions: The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee.
Not covered by Warranty:
- Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.
- Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Yamee, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Yamee.
- The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.
- The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.
- Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger.
- Where any of the seals on the Battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
- Where the Battery or other component has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
- The corresponding issues on battery(electrical components) and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Yamee e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.

Mukkpet bike warranty policy
Mukkpet provide up to 2 years warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.
Warranty period:
2 Year: Motor, Charger, Controller, Battery, Display, Frame
1 Year: Suspension Fork, Handle Bar, Switch, Crank, Expansion Brake, Throttle, Front and Middle Axle, Rim. Hub
Note: The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Mukkpet, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Mukkpet.

Rattan provide 2-year warranty for all the electrical components including motor, display, charger, battery and controller of all Rattan ebikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory. The Warranty will be activated at the date of order purchase.
Warranty period:
2 Year: Motor, Charger, Controller, Battery, Display, Frame
1 Year: Suspension Fork, Handle Bar, Switch, Brakes, Throttle, Front and Middle Axle, Rim. Hub
3 months: Tire Inner Tube, Crank, Fender
Note: The warranty will beautomatically expiredif any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Rattan, that have been made to your product.
