1. For all returns, in addition to the return fees required by the manufacturer as stated in the link above, Lectrek eBikes will charge a fee of 5% of the product amount to cover our administrative and merchant processing costs.
* Accessories and Upgrade Components are not returnable under any circumstances.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. It's crucial to preserve the original packaging, as returning the bike in a different package might incur additional costs.
3. Returns may be requested by sending an email to contact@lectrekebikes.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected. If a returned item gets damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

Heybike offers considerate and comprehensive return services. Please refer to the following details.
FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES
(1) The bike is brand new and unused.
Within 14 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero).
15 to 30 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero); Another 20% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.
(2) The bike is used.
Within 30 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero); Another 50% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.
Over 30 days of receipt: not allowed to return the bike.
FOR QUALITY ISSUES
(1) Within 14 days of receipt: full refund and no charge of return shipping fee and processing fee; Or buyers can change for other e-bikes without extra payment of return shipping.
Note: Please remember that our Lectric ebikes team will investigate into the quality issues carefully. If there is no quality issue and any damage to the bike is found intentional and man-made, we will still charge the return shipping fee.
(2) Between 14-30 days of receipt: Depending on the specific situation, we may charge buyers a certain amount of money as the return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team and they will decide on the payment.
Note: Within 30 days of receipt, if there is any defective or missing part, we may send the replacement part free of charge depending on the specific situation.
(3) Over 30 days of receipt: Corresponding warranty services will be provided.
Note: For some small defects that are harmless to biking safety, such as peeled-off stickers and minor paint chipping, buyers can choose to contact our customer service team for the corresponding compensation if not return the e-bike. Our team will decide on the refund according to the specific situation.

➥Quality Issues Reimbursement:
If you believe your item is defective and was purchased within the last 1 year from our website, please contact us at contact@lectrekebikes.com, and provide photos or videos that containing the actual defects, as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Our support team could provide you with technical solutions.
If the issues still can not be resolved, we would recommend you bring the item to your local bike repair store for fixing, and we would like to provide reimbursement for the defectiveness.
Please note that to be eligible for the reimbursement:
- valid print invoice/digital invoice of the repair shop (handwriting invoices are not eligible);
- the amount of reimbursement cannot exceed twice the price of the corresponding parts for the repair.
- We do not offer exchanges freely when parts are damaged again. Only one replacement per part will be accepted. If your part is damaged again, and you still want a replacement from us, this may require some parts costs.

1. Return Policy:
Freego offer a 14-day return policy, but the following conditions must be met. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
- Unopened Box: If you wish to return a product and the box is unopened and in perfect condition, we will deduct $200 for the original shipping cost and $100 for handling fees. You will also be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. 300$ total shall be deducted.
- Opened Box (Unused Bike): If the box has been opened but the bike has not been removed or used, and it remains in a condition suitable for resale, we will charge a $100 for re-inspection and $100 for repackaging. You will also need to cover the return shipping cost, and we will deduct $200 for the original shipping fee. Total 400$ shall be deducted from buyer’s payment.
- Used Bike: If the bike has been used or if the box has been opened and the bike shows any signs of use (e.g., scratches, wear), it will no longer be eligible for return. In such cases, we do not accept returns as the product is no longer in resellable condition.
2. Exchange Policy:
If the bike has a defect or a quality issue, we will first offer to send replacement parts to fix the issue rather than processing a return or exchange. If you still prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the bike back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement bike to you.
3. Order Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped. In such cases, we will only deduct any applicable bank processing fees. However, if your order has already shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation. Should you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will deduct $200 for the original shipping, $100 for handling, and $100 for repackaging, totaling approximately $400. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the Freego warehouse.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2-4 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We aim to provide every single customer with the perfect product at the best price, as well as the greatest shopping experience, so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@lectrekebikes.com to approve the return within 30 days. We have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to the performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Keep in mind that exchange for a Philodo product better suited to your needs is also possible. After the 15-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to Philodo. All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. Photos will be needed as proves and necessary materials for the return, including but not limited to:
- All the bike parts are cleaned
- The bike is fully disassembled and wrapped up with foam paper
- All separate parts/keys/tools/accessories
- The bike is packed up and put inside the original cargo box
Please contact us and our customer service representative will provide you with a return address. Once your return is received, we will process a refund in 2-3 weeks. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.

However, please note that this policy applies only to ebikes and e-scooters. We do not accept returns on opened or used accessories or batteries.Return Fees: We understand that sometimes a purchase might not fully meet your expectations, especially if product details were overlooked. In such cases, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 30% depreciation fee, both of which will be deducted from your refund.
3. Orders with Discount Codes - Return Rule
For products purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will be reduced by the total discount value, regardless of whether you’re returning one or multiple items.

(12) Quality Issues Reimbursement:
If you believe your is defective and was purchased within 1 year from us, please contact us at contact@lectrekebikes.com, and provide photos or videos that containing the actual defects as there be a simple fix for your problem.
If the issues still can not be resolved, we would recommend you bring theitem to your local bike repair store for fixing, and we would like to provide reimbursement for the defectiveness.
Please note that to be eligible for the reimbursement:
- valid print invoice/digital invoice of the repair shop (handwriting invoices are not eligible).
- the amount of reinbursement cannot exceed twice the price of the corresponding parts for the repair.
- We do not offer exchanges when parts are damaged again. Only one replacement per part will be accepted. Engwe reserves the right to determine between defective products and normal wear and tear.
* For returned e-bikes or batteries with our provided return label, our warehouse needs five business days upon receiving to confirm the e-bike or battery status. After we confirm that the returned item is consistent with the buyer's description, a refund will be issue within 1-2 business days.
* If you return the item by yourself, you need provide us with a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name. After the package's logistics track shows delivery, we need five business days to confirm whether the package status is consistent with the buyer's description; we will refund you within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
If the model of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the order information, we cannot provide a refund;
If the condition of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the description before the return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deduct. The specific deduction ratio shall be deducted reasonably by us depending on the loss of parts.
How can I get the refund:
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ENGWE eBikes reserves the right to withhold up to the full value of the refund if the bike is in poor condition upon receipt. A restocking fee of up to $300 may be applied. If the bike has been in your possession for 30 days will not be eligible for return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Return due to quality issues:
To initiate a return, a customer should contact Lectrek customer service at contact@lectrekebikes.com. Once the return request approves, the customer should find a shipping company for themselves. NAKTO does not offer return labels. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping fee. There will be NO restocking fee applied in this scenario. The FULL refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the e-bikes. A customer may NOT return any e-bike after six months of receipt of the e-bike.
Within 14 days:
A customer will get a full refund
More than 14 days:
- 14 days ~ 2 months: a customer will get a 80 % refund
- 3 ~ 4 months: a customer will get a 70 % refund
- 5 ~ 6 months: a customer will get a 60 % refund
- Over 6 months: NO return and refund
*Please note that only regular priced items could be refunded. Sale items are NOT eligible for refund nor return.
A customer also has the option tochoose a local shop to fix your e-bikeif the customer prefers. NAKTO offers free parts and partial reimbursement for repairs up to a limit. However, before we make any payment, we require a repair quotation that must be agreed upon by NAKTO.
Returns due to non-quality issues within 14 days:
Returns due to non-quality issues are eligible within 14 days. Customers may return the merchandise subject to the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of twenty percent of the purchase price. Since we do not provide return labels, customers will have to find their own shipping companies. We recommend that customers use trackable shipping services for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items. To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, please contact the customer service team within 14 days. We do not provide product return services after 14 days, as same as a refund.
Customers are always open to taking their bikes to our warehouse in CA if it works for them. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from their refunds.
Warranty range:
Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period with a flat shipping rate at $19 per shipment paid by customers, but components that are not covered by warranty will require both payments and shipping fees paid by customers. If customers repair the faulty bikes on their own within one-year warranty period, NAKTO will cover the repair cost agreed by us for only once.
Notes: Artificial damage will not be covered by one-year warranty.

- Proof of Order Confirmation with purchase date and order number
- Email address and shipping information used in the placement of the order

Yamee allow you to return any ebikes in condition*within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee and less shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their ebikes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return that we DO NOT accept:
- Return of used bikeswith no quality problem.
- Return of accessories and replacement parts.
- Return outside 14-days window.
- Return without proof of purchase through official channels.
- Return with any damage is caused by human.
- If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Condition of Returning bikes without quality problem:
- The mileage on the LCD screen of the ebike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use.
- All items received by the customer must be included in theoriginal packagingand in the same condition because they were sent by Yamee.

1. Order Cancellation
For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
- BEFORE SHIPMENT: Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for order cancellation.
- AFTER SHIPMENT: If the order is shipped and cannot be modified, the customer may reject the package and $180 will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the customer has received the order, please contact us for the return. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $180. Rattan will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
- Please notice: If the customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by our customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents to the shipment arranged by the customer.
- The customer needs to email our customer service team regarding any order cancellation. Once an order cancellation request has been approved, we will email the customer a cancellation notification email. The customer shall not send a return package to us without receiving a notification. Rattan will reject all shipments without being scheduled to arrive, and the customer is responsible for any related fee or loss.
2. Exchange
$400 USD will be charged if customer wants to exchange the bike for non-quality issue such as "the bike is too big / too heavy / too high for me" or "the bike is below my expectation".
3. Return:
Returning malfunctioning bikes within 15 days of receipt. Rattan offers FREE return and exchange for malfunctioning bikes within 15 days of receipt.
Return that we DO NOT accept:
- We do not accept any free gift or free accessory returns.
- Returns are not allowed after 15 days of the delivery date.
- Any second-hand bike or returned bike for resale is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
* WARNING: please be aware that each second-hand or returned bike may have different FLAWS (not quality issues). Thus, think twice before you make a decision to buy a second-hand or returned bike).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer. Must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) with the original packaging.
Damages And Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem with a receipt of your order attachment. Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue (s).
* Definition of critically - damaged items: the main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.
Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:
- Minor damage to the outer packaging.
- Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
- Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
- Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.
