Shipping Time
1. Shipping from US local warehouses. We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services.
2. Currently, we only provide ebike FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR. Please check the shipping area before you purchased it. No tax needed.
Note:
- Heybike offers free shipping for orders of $99 or more, while orders below $99 incur a $15 shipping fee.
- Eunorau offers free shipping for orders over $100, while orders under $100 incur a $14.99 shipping fee.
- Fiido offers ebike with free shipping , while accessories require a shipping fee of $5 to $10.
- Nakto offers free shipping for orders over $100, while orders under $100 incur a $19 shipping fee.
3. In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3~8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
4. Accessories: If need shipped from China, with an estimated delivery time of 15-20 business days, depending on your location.
Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, which means our system has properly processed your purchase and pre-authorized your payment method.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to inform you that the item is not current available for delivery. You can decide if you would like to wait for the expected in-stock date or cancel the order. If your items are available for shipment, we will process the order for shipment.
Other Details:
* Please provide a detailed and correct delivery address and phone number so that we can successfully deliver your order. If the package is lost or returned to the sender due to an incorrect/insufficient delivery address, the customer will bear full responsibility and shipping costs.
* Please check the packaging of the item when it arrives. If you find any damage, please indicate it when signing for it and take a photo and send it to us. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and/or assist you with filing a damaged claim with the manufacturer.
Shipping Change
1. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Before we provide a tracking number, a handling fee of 5% of the product price will be charged for address changes or order cancellations.
2. After shipment, we cannot change, intercept or cancel shipped orders.
3. If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200. Please note that to receive a refund, you must promptly notify LECTREK of any refused delivery. Order Tracking
* We will e-mail you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. You can also track your order by clicking here. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to follow up with us at: contact@lectrekebikes.com
* You can track your order and shipping & handling information if you have registered an account on lectrekebikes.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can still track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to contact@lectrekebikes.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

Kindly Notes:
1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3. It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
