I weigh 250 pounds and take my grandsons for rides throughout the city and the Greenbelt near where I reside. For flat biking, I generally use PAS 1 and 2, but for mid-steep hills, I mostly use PAS 3. Only use 5 for the steepest hills. This bike is so much fun. I've owned it for ten days and have traveled about 150 miles. The cargo area's adaptability and the option to add baskets ensure that I need for urban adventures. Worth buying.

We really enjoy riding our bikes. Haven’t had any issue. This bike has been a great transportation option to include in our relatively bike-friendly city. Bike is fun and has the power to get you all over for the entire day, even in Seattle hills. The kids love riding on the back and it’s customizable to what you are looking for with all the accessories.

I thought I'd never give in in to the e-bike craze, but after a few e-bike journeys, I decided to research into e-bikes and noticed that Philodo had a cargo family ebike…yay! Looking at the many bikes and costs, I believed the philodo would be my best option for entering the e-bike market. It's a great bike for my family.

Great customer service. I did receive answers to all the questions I had. The bike works as advertised. Easy to ride and comfortable. I've only covered 32 miles. Can't wait to ride more.

After a few days of study and reading, I decided to purchase the Philodo Traveller e-bike. I couldn't be pleased with my decision. Fast shipment and responsive customer service demonstrate that Philodo works hard to assure its customers' satisfaction. While the bike is heavy, it is incredibly nimble to ride and really smooth on the roads. I used to get to work every day. Also, use it to take our children out to play, and the back seat cushion is soft and solid. Better than expected.
