At Mukkpet, we provide up to 2 years warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory. See Warranty Policy for more info.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock products typically ship within 1-3 business days, and Tracking Number will be provided within 2 business days. The US only (exclude AK,HI,PR and Guam) And we DO NOT ship to APO, PO BOX address.

Do the NINJA come with two batteries?

Yes, the NINJA comes with the dual 15 AH battery, providing a range of up to 120 miles in pedal assist mode.

Do I need to assemble the bike?

Yes, just need some simple steps to assemble it. Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike unboxed. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides of the manual.

How tall of the rider is it designed for?

The bike is suitable for the person from 5.4’’-6.4’’.

Can I take a passenger? Is there any other options on the back?

The e-bike has a rear seat which could take a passenger. Passengers on the pillion seat are required to wear helmets. Please prioritize safety.

Can I have a test ride service somewhere?

For test ride service, we are so sorry that we do not have this service currently.

It's a quality electric bike, the instructions are too brief in describing the installation of the bike and do not depict the installation steps in detail.but as long as Mukkpet has been around, they might want to improve Instructions, pay some YouTuber to do a step by step instructions videos.YES,IT COMES 80 % Built but information on assemble needs improvement.

Really fun bike.

Current odometer: 200 miles.This bike is sporty and really fun to ride and the display is fantastic.I changed them to off-road tires for on and off road flexibility. Would be nice to have the option to choose which tire style you prefer..Regardless, so far I really love the bike.Would definately buy again.

Great Ebike for the money!

I purchased this ebike after using a friends on a hunting trip on national wildlife refuge. I have only gone 22 miles so far. The first day I went 10 miles and the second I went 12 miles. Both days the bike still had 80% battery left. I was peddling but the bike was doing 90% of the work. I was able to easily go over 60 MPH and the bike handled well at that speed. The bike does seem to be built heavy duty. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Smooth sailing

The 48 V 1200 W motor is amazing on 300 pounds and in second gear. I traveled a 50 mile round-trip with lots of hills and still had two bars left this bike is worth every penny.
