At Mukkpet, we provide up to 2 years warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory. See Warranty Policy for more info.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock products typically ship within 1-3 business days, and Tracking Number will be provided within 2 business days. The US only (exclude AK,HI,PR and Guam) And we DO NOT ship to APO, PO BOX address.

Do the Breeze come with two batteries?

Yes, the Breeze comes with the dual 15 AH battery, providing a range of up to 120 miles in pedal assist mode.

Do I need to assemble the bike?

Yes, just need some simple steps to assemble it. Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike unboxed. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides of the manual.

Can Breeze be installed with a back basket?

Yes. To install the back basket, you need to remove the wooden board first

Can I take a passenger? Is there any other options on the back?

The e-bike has a rear seat which could take a passenger. Passengers on the pillion seat are required to wear helmets. Please prioritize safety.

What’s the max load of the bike?

The max load of all models is 330 lbs.

I LOVE THIS E-BIKE! I'm usually not one to write reviews but this bike has been amazing for my commute in the city. Long range and dual battery is so good! So far it's been a great first E-bike, and you can't get a better deal for the price.

Breeze Ebike, Dual Battery is great.

I purchased the Mukkpet Ebike in June 2024. I have experience with e bikes, as I have owned one for several years. I needed to upgrade to a more durable bike with more power. This bike is it! It easily assists me up hills that were more difficult to climb with my current bike. It seems to be well built, durable and heavy duty. The dual motor feature gives ample power, when needed. I love the cruise control feature. I would recommend this bike to anyone over 5'9, as it is a large bike suited for taller people.
