Lectrek eBikes is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are backed by the manufacturer's return/refund and warranty policies.
The majority of brands available on lectrekebikes.com offer a 14-day return policy, including Freego, Nakto, Yamee, Mukkpet, and Rattan. Eunorau offers a 7-day return policy, Philodo provides a 15-day return policy, and Heybike, Vanpowers, Engwe, Fiido, and Vtuvia offer a 30-day return policy.

Defective Products: You are eligible for a return or refund if the item you received is damaged or defective, including manufacturing defects or quality issues.
Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect item, we will facilitate a return or exchange.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lectrekebikes.com first. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send back your package.
* Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the product has shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Note
1. For all returns, in addition to the return fees required by the manufacturer as stated in the link above, Lectrek eBikes will charge a fee of 5% of the product amount to cover our administrative and merchant processing costs.
* Accessories and Upgrade Components are not returnable under any circumstances.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. It's crucial to preserve the original packaging, as returning the bike in a different package might incur additional costs.
3. Returns may be requested by sending an email to contact@lectrekebikes.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected. If a returned item gets damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
