What is the warranty?

Rattan provide 2-year warranty for all the electrical components including motor, display, charger, battery and controller of all Rattan ebikes. More info see Warranty Policy.

What is the difference between the LF&LM?

The LM model is high-step while the LF model is step-thru.
Only the frame is different.
The LF is more lady-friendly.

What comes with the bike?

The bike comes with a charger, fenders, front and rear lights, backseat, backrest and footrest. Other purchased accessories are shipped separately.

How heavy is this bike?

LF/LM 750 PRO - 64lbs (bike only) + 9.2lbs (battery)

What is the suitable height range for riding this bike?

The bike is suitable for the person from 5.3ft to 6.4ft.

Can I take a passenger? What is the maximum payload?

It is no recommended to carry passenger, but as long as the maximum payload is under 300lbs, it is OK.

Is it possible for me to ride this bike if my height is under 5 feet 3 inches?

Yes, you can ride the bike, it will be no problem for you to ride, but it would be a little high to step on the ground when you stop the bike.

Is the sensor on this bicycle cadence or torque sensor?

It is cadence.

Are the brakes on this bicycle mechanical or hydraulic？

They are mechanical brakes.

We purchased two of these ebikes. We really love the bikes and are really enjoying them. Looking forward to getting a lot of use from them! We also purchased the backup batteries! Well worth the addition for more power and more riding distance.

I've had my bike for a couple weeks now. I bought it for work commute as my trucks been in the shop. I absolutely love the bike. I got the red one, its quick and fun. Everyone asks me about it. I'm saving up to get one for my wife one, she wants one too.
