I recently purchased the Mukkpet GL-500W Foldable Fat Tire e-bike and encountered a minor issue with the battery. However, the Mukkpet team provided me with outstanding customer service, promptly addressing my concern and replacing the battery without any hassle. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable.
Purchased one to give it a try then got one for the whole family! Nice sturdy, comfortable bikes. The battery lasts us the entire weekend of camping plus some.
I'm 5'6" and 180 lbs. - 120 Miles Review This is a great starter bike for those new to e-bikes. This bike can zoom and get you where you want to go. I wish I could get out of traffic faster if needed, but what about the price point? It gets the job done. It's easy to assemble if you're even remotely interested in mechanics. This bike looks great! Doesn't look cheap. I love this color combination and everything looks solid. Be sure to tighten all bolts and fasteners that come pre-assembled out of the box. You never know what will happen. Battery life depends on how you ride. I tested all the throttle and rode it for 10 miles on flat pavement and gentle hills. Overall, this is a solid bike, which is why I own two. It really does get you enjoying riding again!
