It a good looking bike! It good that it has a signal lights specifically at night biking! My son loves it!!

Ive recently purchased the Tyson within the last 24 hours. Assembly was easy, I do recommend you watch the YouTube video on how to assemble. Its really smooth riding, and surprisingly handles somewhat decent steep hills with the motor on its own power.

This Tyson Heybike its a beast!! I love the color and the design is beautiful. Got all the specs power and range I needed. Every time I took out my Tyson I got all eyes on me . I received the bike with some paint and brake issues but support were helping me fixed the problem with no hesitations. Overall great service great bike youll love it !!

Every time I go out someone asking me about the heybike Tyson . This bike is awesome powerful and ride like you're on air. It catches people eye every time I'm out just today someone asked me how much is it and where can they get one?

My wife and I bought two Tysons after some serious discussion and lots of research. I wanted a way for our family to get out of the house and outside more this spring. So we finally decided to do this. Its an investment into our health and make our lifestyle a bit more active.

We have about 10 miles on our bikes at this point. I am constantly checking to make sure everything is in working order. Tightening things up so that our bikes are in good working order for every ride. People will scare you with all the reviews and negatives and when you spend $3000 on two bikes its intimidating and you ask yourself, did I do the right thing? For my family to be outside and exercising yes absolutely! We love our bikes. So far there have been no issues. I cant say that for everyone, but I can say that for me. As for customer service, its a bit slow, but Leo has been very helpful on the questions I have had and so has the Facebook group. Join them as its a great way to get questions answered a little quicker. The only downfall I will say and its not a big deal, I wish the website would have mentioned the color choice was not in stock at the time. I would have waited but I didnt know so I had to change my color at the last minute. My best advice, do your research, know what youre buying. I believe as long as I take care of the bike it will take care of me. And I believe if I need to have warranty work Leo can help me out. Enjoy the ride.

What sold me on this bike is 1. Its capabilities on where I can ride. I have lots of hills, dirt and weather. So I wanted the bike that would give me those options. 2. It folds up. Yep that was a huge selling point so my wife and I can take them places to ride. They are kind of heavy but solid. 3. Color options. So HeyBike youve been good so far. Please dont let me down.

One last thing. Points are a thing. So even when you purchase your bike, you get points. Just ask for them. The app is a little cheesy but it works. Over all its a great bike.
