Warranty Details
Freego offers a 2-year limited Manufacturer Warranty for the Original Retail Purchaser only. It is the dealer’s responsibility to offer Call service and repair job to his customers. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, Freego only offers Free Spare Parts (under warranty) to the dealer as well as online technical supports. Parts supply validity is 2 years maximum.
To better protect our customers' investments, we offer extended warranty services. Our products come with a standard two-year warranty. Customers can choose to extend the warranty period with the following options:
- 3-Year Warranty: Additional $150
- 4-Year Warranty: Additional $250
- 5-Year Warranty: Additional $350
The extended warranty primarily covers the original warranty components, increasing the coverage period proportionally. For example, if the motor originally had a one-year warranty, choosing a three-year warranty will extend it to 1.5 times, a four-year warranty will extend it to double, and a five-year warranty will extend it to 2.5 times.
